I had a dream yesterday that i looked out the window from where i worked, because people were making a commotion about some “omen”. At first, all i could see was the beautiful pink sunrise, and then i noticed a giant cloud that looked like it was made of some long, curly, gold/brown fur. It was moving down from the sky pretty fast, but then i noticed that attached to it, leading it, was a pale woman in a black dress and boots.

She was using the cloud-thing like a parachute, i guess, and she had a frightening look about her (to me anyways) She moved past the window pretty quickly and moved on, still dragging the giant cloud with her.

I spent quite a while in the dream arguing with folks, and trying to get done with my work so i could leave, because what that lady brought with her was one hell of a winter night. I ended up in the car with my parents, and my dad lost control and we almost crashed. Luckily, the snow was about seven feet deep, and we had a soft landing. i woke up shortly after.

What a blast.

i will never stop watching Garnet dance.

still feels super weird to just be tossing out old traditional art

I’ve had a few purge fests where I’ve thrown stuff out by the armload before but theres always another roll of papers in another corner, another stack of things piled on top of a cabinet where I can forget about them

and why do i have SO MANY BOXES AND TUBS OF YARN I DIDNT EVEN BUY MOST OF THIS AT WHAT POINT DID MY FAMILY DECIDE TO DUMP ALL OF THER CRAFTS LEFTOVERS ON ME WHATS THAT WE’RE MOVING OKAY LETS UNLOAD SOME STUFF ON NOEL SHE’LL NEVER NOTICE

its not even good yarn

Is it that cheap, acrylic yarn? because if so, i have GREAT NEWS :>

sittingpyro.jpg DO TELL

You can take a slicker brush to that yarn and turn it into a cheap (in your case, free) source of fiber to use for needle felting!

In my experience, the cheaper and scratchier the yarn, the better, because some of the really smooth, fine fibers don’t get along well with the needles.

(x)

the video quality is pretty bad, but it kinda explains how to brush the yarn into something usable?

Scientists have developed a material so dark that you can’t see it.

"I’m only wearing black until they invent something darker."

"what are you wearing?"
"void"

finally

Fuck, this is really important. For color reasons.

On a less serious note, we know what the elite ninja armies of the future will be wearing.

Some little things that were in my “to do” pile.

I’m running out of space to put all these little guys.

Not just for those in Detroit, but anywhere where the right to water is being restricted or denied!

hey everyone, this post has only gotten a thousand or so notes and only a single follower of mine has reblogged this from me specifically.
Detroit has been shutting water off for entire neighborhoods regardless of whether people paid bills or not. Even if they didn’t, should that really mean that they should die of thirst? Should there really be a cost to stay alive?
Please, spread this. Link it on other sites so someone down the line who needs this anywhere can take back water, something that should be the right of every human being.

seriously. this is supposed to be a brutal summer.
im over in philly and had no idea things had gotten this bad.
why? because why would anyone want to know what happening to their fellow man, being downtrodden by their own?  why would the media cover jolie getting preggers again and not something that threatens an entire city full of LIVES?
fight this injustice.  united we stand. divided we fall.

…and god knows that they dont want us united.
